If you want to secure your personal information, this shredder is for you! The HP AF2014 Auto Sheet Feed Paper Shredder does more than just shred papers. It also shreds credit cards, CDs, and staples. The micro-cut shred size of 4.3mm x 12mm makes the pieces impossible to read. The automatic feeder shreds 200 sheets and manually shreds 14 sheets. The auto sheet feed feature starts shredding as soon as you put paper into the slot, and it stops when shredding is complete. The 7.4-gallon waste basket is big enough to hold a large amount of paper and is easy to empty since the basket pulls out from the front. You may want to ask:
Q1: The cross-cut shredder is stuck. What should i do?
A1: Generally, you can pull the paper up while pressing the "REV" button. If the paper jam is serious, you can press the "FWD" and "REV" keys several times to clean the cutter, and then use tweezers and other tools to pick out the jam.
Q2: Why are there paper scraps in the trash can and on the knives? Have I received a second-hand machine?
A2: In order to ensure that the paper shredders you receive are qualified, we will inspect each shredder before leaving the factory, so there may be some pieces of paper in the trash can.
Q3:Why doesn't it work after plugging in?
