The super cross-cut shred style (Level P-4) provides everyday security that is able to protect you against identity theft. For example, one letter-size sheet of paper is shredded into 431 pieces. Powerful cutters can shred through credit cards, unopened junk mail or up to 12 individual sheets at a time. There is no need to remove paper clips or staples. Q1: The cross-cut shredder is stuck. What should i do?
A1: Generally, you can pull the paper up while pressing the "REV" button. If the paper jam is serious, you can press the "FWD" and "REV" keys several times to clean the cutter, and then use tweezers and other tools to pick out the jam.
Q2: Why are there paper scraps in the trash can and on the knives? Have I received a second-hand machine?
